Currently they are looking to invite candidates for the role of Senior Retail Mall Designer - Architect/Interior Designer to apply. This person will work across stages ranging from concept design to completion. A hands on professional who will be working in a team environment contributing to land mark retail developments.

Conceptual Design, design development, producing hand sketches, 2D and 3D documentation, reviewing sub consultant packages, managing FFE packages, this role will be varied and involve multi tasking.

Presenting to clients and communicating with consultants is required.

Requirements

This individual will have around 10 years experience post Graduation of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture/Interior Design from a reputable University.
This person will have retail mall design and delivery experience and a project portfolio demonstrating exposure to concept to construction documentation stages. Experience on major new build Mall retail Developments is essential inclusive of shops, but ALSO public spaces of Malls and entire floors.
Exposure to large scale projects will be highly advantageous but also to high spec design requirements.

Excellent communication skills, English written and oral, is required to interact with external parties and client bodies.

A strong sense of design and construction knowledge is necessary with the ability to interact positively within this team orientated environment.

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP, Photoshop are required.

Professional accreditation is highly advantageous.

Hard working mentality with the ability to add to this pleasant working environment will be key.
