Job description / Role
As a Retail Manager the role entails of:
Managing, controlling and implementing store operating procedures and polices
Managing and controlling shop performance
Driving and Boosting sales
Controlling day to day operations
Maintaining an efficient customer relation management system
Attending seasonal buying sessions
Supervising staff performance
Leading and motivating your team
Training and developing your team
Participate actively in the opening of new shops
Coordinate with different departments
Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
Ideal candidate must have a University Degree in Business or Marketing.
Must have previous experience handling a similar role, managing several boutiques and a big team
Previous Experience in the luxury environment is a great plus.
Language: English and Arabic

Strong Leadership and Managerial skills
Perfect written and Oral communication skills,
Organizational and Analytical skills
Multi-tasking and Negotiations skills
Good planning and organization skills.
Ability to lead and develop teams
Flexibility and strong time management skills
Ability to set and meet deadlines.
Computer skills: Ability to easily use computers.
