Job description / Role
Leading FMCG company is seeking to recruit a successful Retail Manager to manage its Retail business in Abu Dhabi. The role is reporting to the General Manager.
Your main functions will include:
• Drive and implement retail strategy to improve the company retail competitive position and to cater to future market and customer expectations across the region.
• Develop and implement retail brand strategy consistent across the region
• Drive activates relating to retail merchandising, promotions, customer relationship management, customer feedback, and handling customer complaints.
• Commercial/financial management
• Sales & Marketing implementation
• Operations
• Stakeholder Relationship management
• Store management and rota planning
Requirements
Applicants must have:
• Business or Marketing Degree
• Minimum of 7 years experience within Retail operations, retail development and merchandising
• Marketing, sales, finance, project management and training experience
• People management and leadership experience
• Retail management and good knowledge of IT systems
