Job description / Role
As a Retail Manager the role entails of;
Reporting to the Department Manager of the respective brand a Retail Manager manages the operation of all the boutiques of the same brand within UAE.
Managing, controlling and implementing store operating procedures and polices
Managing and controlling shops performance
Driving and Boosting sales
Controlling day to day operations
Maintaining an efficient customer relation management system
Attending seasonal buying sessions
Supervising staff performance
Leading and motivating respective teams
Training and developing respective team
Participate actively in the opening of new shops
Coordinate with different departments
Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or Management, preferably an MBA with 7 to 10 years of managerial roles.
Previous experience in a similar role is a must. Store Managers won't be considered. Only candidates with previous exposure managing several boutiques and big teams will be considered.
Language: Must have excellent communication Skills. Excellent English - verbal and written is a must (Arabic would be a great plus)
Previous experience and exposure to working with High end Luxury brands.
