Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To develop and implement sales strategy & plans for the brands under own purview to enhance brand image and achieve sales targets ensuring quality in the sales process.
- Implement overall sales and marketing strategy as per business plans.
- Prepare plans and approach for brand management for the brand under own purview in order to achieve accurate forecasts, budgeted sales and profitability.
- Analyse and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit.
- Contribute to the brand marketing strategy and plan measurable cost effective advertising and promotional campaigns / activities ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Conduct regular competitor store visits to review competition prices and new trends.
- Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.
- Oversee the implementation of the plans for future new stores opening in line with budgets, timelines and operational policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of developments in fashion market in the region and internationally. Maintain intelligence tab on market information and customer data.
- Analyse and report on operational issues, market trends, competitors and principals to facilitate overall decision making on brand management strategy.
- Responsible for personal and professional development of line managers to achieve high levels of individual and team performance.
- Develop new lines of fabric including colours, yarns and designs, liaising with the design team; including the production of the lines for local market.
- Must consult with CEO for any kind of expense or spend.
- Oversee the start-up & implementation of the plans for the new store in D3 in line with budgets, timelines and operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the launch of the brand and the opening of the store.
- Treasurer- responsible for accepting money (cheques, credit card, cash) from customers and hand over to CEO at the end of everyday.
- Responsible for preparing daily and month end sales reports.
- Implement and be responsible for a plan for proper stock taking for month-end and year-end.
- Monitor sales figures and operational costs against forecasts.
- Contribute to the development and the launch of the website.

Fluency in English, preferably Arabic but its not a must.
