Retail Manager - KSA
A well established retailer with operations all around the globe is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Regional Retail Manager to join their international team in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing the overall country operations of the business
* Ensuring that all company policies and standards are adheres to in all business areas
* Conduct regular store visits
* Identify new business opportunities for the brands and developing them across the region
* Manage and motivate all area managers
* Maintain strong working relationships with key clients and logistics and supply chain.
Requirements
* Similar experience and background in a fast paced retail environment (preferably multi-branded) within a senior management role
* Solid track record of setting and achieving KPI's and sales targets for large regional teams
* Strong network of suppliers and knowledge of logistics throughout KSA
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Fluent Arabic and English Speaker
