Job description / Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Drive retail sales and improve the financial performance for the Abu Dhabi retail stores
* Develop and implement effective retail strategies for the channel
* Ensure maximized profit and top of the line operations within a highly competitive environment
* Work closely with all functions to drive the success of the business
To qualify for the Regional Retail Manager role, you must have the following skills and experience:
* Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing
* At least 7 years of experience in retail operation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong people management skills
* Results oriented and self motivated
* Proven IT skills
