Employment: Full Time

Retail Manager for Immediate Hire in Dubai

As a Retail Manager your job entails managing, controlling and overseeing the portfolio of operations assigned to you particularly through the proper implementation of the retail policies and procedures in place, monitoring sales, brand performance and brand standards, driving sales and finding new ways to improve sales, leading and developing your team and meeting customer demand. The main focus of your job is to improve the commercial performance of your stores by increasing sales turnover. You will work closely with the shop/ Store Managers for the day today retail management giving them guidelines on profitable in-store presentation and outstanding customer service, communicating and enforcing the policies and regulations with the goal of improving store sales turnover.

Requirements

Must have previous experience as a Retail Manager - Store Managers would not be considered for the role.

Must have previous experience in retail handling a similar role

Previous experience in a luxury environment is a great plus

Excellent communication and feedback skills

Ability to manage a big team

Person represents the brand hence must have luxury flair, fashion flair and grooming standards

Excellent English, Arabic or Italian is a plus.
