Job description / Role
A well know niche retailer with a very strong brand and identity within the luxury homeware space.
You will be responsible for further improving the customer experience across 20 stores through the development and execution of strategies that further cement this business in offering a world class shopping experience.
The business is expanding globally, you will be expected to contribute to this by working with the management team in rolling out your programmes throughout the region.
Requirements
You will be from a premium retail environment and will be able to demonstrate the impact you have had on their customer base, through both increases in revenue and positive feedback.
You'll need to be a trainer and a coach, able to get your message across to all retail staff to ensure consistency in service in every store.
