international fashion retailer based across the world with regional head offices based in the UAE

Retail Operations Manager
- Covering 29 UAE stores and also Bahrain store
- Achieving store targets
- Development & Planning new business and initiatives that drives overall sales and business improvements
- Develop a sales team led the retail team, focus on delivering future goals within the business
- Training & development of the sales team
- Creating & maintaining standard operating procedures
- Provide feedback on merchandising and pricing
- conducting inventories for store audits
- Setting up KPI's, drive sales
- Monitoring stock
- Maintaining awareness of the organizations priorities within each store
- Ensure HSE standards are met
- Follow the law & policies and make sure they are followed within each store
- Conduct performance appraisals
- support the recruitment for each store
- create in-house training, material and conduct training
- Manage the store opening times
- Generate weekly reports based on performance of the stores

Requirements

- Preferred Western National
- up to late 30's
- Fashion Conscious
- Ability to lead
- Confident
- Able to travel flexibility is essential
- Result orientated
- Presentable, well groomed,able to present each brand
- Fluent in English, spoken, written
- UAE experience advantageous

Salary 25-32, 000 AED (depending on experience)
discount allowance 50%
12,000 per season uniform allowance
24 working days holiday
