Salary: Up to AED 32,000 depending on the experience


On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager that is willing to work for one of the leading retail companies in the UAE. This position will be based in Dubai, and is responsible for managing and running the stores professionally, profitably, with high standards of quality and with focus on maximum utilization of resources, in order to meet the operational and sales targets of the organization.

This role will cover overall store operations and revenue generation for the UAE and Bahrain Stores. Where he/she will create and maintain the standard operating procedure, conduct inventories and store audits, setting and monitoring the stocks and the employee KPIS, and ensures that the HSE standards and the law and policies are met and followed without exception. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for the HR, Training & Employee Development, Store Opening and Maintenance, and generate reports for the Management.

Ideal candidates for this position should hold a Bachelors Degree, with at least 5 years experience in the retail industry with 2 years under a similar role. He or she must have excellent Communication, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Interpersonal, Leadership, and Decision Making Skills. The candidate must also be able to create good strategies and understand/ analyze financial and non financial reports, and identify trends.

The salary for this post will range from AED 32,000 depending on the candidates experience, plus other great additional benefits. This post will also offer a progressive and fantastic opportunity for career development.

Requirements

Essential

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the retail industry with 2 years in a similar role
Retail Experience in handling Bridge Brand Clothing Apparels
Must have experience in handling at least 20 stores
Must be well groomed with a Presentable Appearance that can represent the brands
Well versed with MS Office
Strong knowledge of the current fashion trends
Knowledge in local culture and sensitivities
Knowledge of the competition within the regional market
Extensive regional and local networks
Must have a UAE Driving License
Must be a Native English Speaker or Western European
Must be available in the UAE
