Job description / Role
Our client, a large retail company, is looking for Senior/ Retail Operations Manager for their team.
The candidate will be responsible for meeting group's objectives of profits and business turnover. Driving profitability, customer satisfaction & experience through effective management of stores & personnel will be the primary focus of this position.
Requirements
Ideal candidate should possess at least 5-10 years of solid experience in retail operations of fashion, apparel, luxury goods.
Good team management along with an ability to drive sales and profitability is essential.
Good communication skills coupled with thorough understanding of retail industry is pivotal to this role.
