Employment: Full Time

To execute all administration transactions related to the Retail Sales Department and to coordinate with other departments for all activities related to Retail Sales Operations. Provide admin support for the Retail Sales Manager. Monthly Retail incentive payments, Demonstrator management & sales forecasting. Maintain regular reports required by department head and top management.
The selected candidate will be reporting to Retail Sales Manager. Responsible for the support of the Dubai based management team.  Interacts with other AFM functions, including IT, HR, after sales, customer service, marketing and sales planning, to optimise Retail client support and sales.

Job Specifications:

* Handling all administration issues related to Retail Sales Department
* Demonstrator Program Management
* Coordinate with other departments for all issues related to the Retail Team (HR, Marketing, Product, Finance)
* Preparing daily, weekly & monthly sales reports to Retail Sales Manager and Top Management
* Administration support to Retail Sales Management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:

Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in administration roles

Job-Specific Skills: An excellent level of IT skills with MS Office suite.

Behavioural Competencies: Hard-working and flexible, trustworthy, good interpersonal and communication skills.
