Senior Retail Consultant - Supervisor

Working for this global giant as a retail supervisor, you will be responsible for selling our clients products and services to their customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working as a Sales Advisor you will assist customers entering our clients stores on their purchases and take them from the start of the selling process to the finish.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in motivating and develop a high performance multicultural team
- Must be living and working in KSA at this present time
- Experience in retail sales environment (Fashion or luxury is a MUST for this position)
- Experience in people management and development
- Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills with an ability to deliver in a matrix environment
- Has demonstrated an ability to deliver on time sensitive projects
- Engaging and confident presentation style
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken
- Great with numbers, presentations and producing data/reports/documents
- Fantastic attitude and motivation.
- Has all attributes to be a leader within a team
