Job description / Role
A British high street lingerie brand which will soon launch in the UAE is currently hiring a team of female retail professionals for their new stores across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
- Direct customers by escorting them to the products; suggesting items
- Advise customers by providing information on products
- Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
- Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments by totaling purchases
- Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience working within retail (ideally in the GCC/UAE)
- Well presented
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Experience working with womenswear brands previously is preferred
- Candidates who speak Russian or Arabic along with English are preferred
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
