Our stores provide the world’s leading brands, including Mattel, Hasbro, Disney, Lego, Ravensburger, Famosa, Smoby, Playmobil, Mega Bloks, Crayola, Schleich, V-tech, Playskool, Littletikes, Leapfrog, and many others.
Over the past 5 years the business has grown significantly and due to the current growth plans we are recruiting Retail Professionals from around the world. We have a clear business plan to grow our brands significantly over the next 18 months with the view to securing other countries in the near vicinity. The Toy Store is looking for skilled professionals who will be employed to drive the vision of this highly successful global retail group.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities will be:
TO HAVE FUN
You must a have broad understanding and experience in retail, above average oral and written communication skills in either Arabic, Russian, French and or the English languages. You must have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, a proven ability in developing relationships with customers and demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with Management. You must have satisfactory computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of customer service principles and processes are a must including knowledge of sales principles. You must have experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment as well as basic business administration knowledge. Experience in the Toy Retail industry would be an advantage but in no way essential.
