Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Cross sell and up sell our products
Update customer transactions on the systems
Reporting on daily activities
Salary: AED 4,475 + Incentives
Requirements
Fluent in English &/Or Arabic
Good communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and hygiene conscious
At least 1-2 years previous experience in sales roles
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Windows 7 (basic level in excel, word and outlook)
Flexible to work in the different regions mentioned above
Able to work in shifts (day and night shifts)
Candidates should be available within the UAE, either unemployed, on family sponsorship or have completed 2 years with their current employer. Candidates on tourist/visit visas are welcome.
