Retail Sales Manager
AED 3,640 per month + profit share

Our client has created a unique retail concept for the home. They have created an impressive retail network throughout the GCC and are now opening a Franchise store in Tunisia in September / October 2012. If you are passionate about retail and would like to work in a professional environment, this is a fantastic opportunity. Our client believes in its people and ensuring every customer walks away having had a phenomenal experience. They have created a funky and fashion forward concept that has a very strong market share.

Reporting in to the Store Manager you will be responsible for visual merchandising, driving sales and meeting targets. You will ensure that sales are maximized by respecting the merchandising and POS guidelines.

Candidates must be a strong energetic and passionate leader with a strong Sales and Operations background in the Retail sector with proven success in managing performance by setting and exceeding commercial targets and building teams. Retail is all about detail and this is no exception. You will be working in a very creative and vibrant organization and must ensure standards are always upheld.

Required Skills and Experience –

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in forecasting and maintaining budgets.
• Proof of delivering successful customer- focused commercial solutions.
• Adaptable with a strong drive to achieve.
• Effective communication skills in reading, writing and spoken Arabic, French and English at a business level.
• Problem solving skills with the capacity to take initiative and think outside of the box.
• Flexible to work on a rotating roster that that includes weekends and evening shifts.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate the following –

• Working knowledge of Navision ERP system.
• Working experience of the local retail market.
• A background in fashion or furniture retail.
• Tunisian nationals who have gained experience in the GCC or else where and are looking to return home to Tunisia.
