RequirementsRequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Fluency in both spoken and written English. • A minimum of two years’ supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment. • The capacity to plan, prioritize and schedule according to business needs. • Customer focused and sales driven with the ability to achieve targets. • Experience in forecasting and maintaining budgets. • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evening shifts. • A valid, clean local driving license. Advantages: • A qualification in Retail or Business Studies. • A working knowledge of Navision ERP system. • Commercially focused visual merchandising experience. • Work experience in the Middle East. |
