Job description / Role
Sales/Sales Process
- To follow all steps of sales process i.e. prospect, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow up.
- To ensure documentation procedures are performed as laid down by the company and liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process.
- To report daily activities to the Branch Manager/ Area Manager
- To achieve sales targets as set by the management while maximizing profit gained from each transaction.
- To maximize all possible sales opportunities as well as maintain and increase existing customer database.
- To gain good product knowledge and also competitors product knowledge.
- To promote Finance and Insurance products, while determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure appropriateness of the offer.
- To track and follow uncompleted sales and put efforts to close them.
- To coordinate with parts and service teams to present complete offer to the clients.
- To participate in daily sales meetings.
Team Supervision
- To supervise the sales team.
- To support business targets achievement.
- To energize performance to meet and exceed achieve set KPIs.
- To identify opportunities for growth and development of team members
- To provide quality monitoring and feedback
- To identify obstacles and implement solutions
- To drive the team spirit
Customer Experience
- To consistently exceed customer expectations, creating an experience during the purchase of a new car.
- To effectively schedule customer follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management.
- To assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each customer.
- To achieve sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service.
- To ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
- To regularly visit key customers to build, grow and maintain good relationship with customers.
- To ensure a smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
- To ensure all contact (written, oral and personal presentation) with customers is conducted in such a manner as to enhance the companys reputation.
- To participate in showroom events and marketing & sales initiatives.
Other related tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Computer proficient and has good communication skills
- 2-3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry
- Good Communication in English .
- Managerial Skills is required.
