Retail Store Manager, Luxury DIY & Hardware - Dubai

A luxury interior products company is looking for a store manager for their flag ship store. This is a crucial role managing a team of 4 sales consultants as well as being responsible for the store as a whole. Brand awareness and exceptional customer service will be crucial skills that the successful candidate must have.

Salary Level:

* 10,000 AED a month basic & housing
* Commission &bonus opportunities
* Flights
* Medical
* Visa

Requirements

Skill Set Required:

* Previous store management experience, ideally in luxury goods in the hardware / DIY sector
* Team management experience
* Excellent English communication skills and presentation skills
* Customer service focus
* Experience in selling and working with luxury goods is essential for this role
* Exceptional brand awareness
