Job description / Role

Role & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be tasked with new store launch and promotional activities
- Full day to day store operations management including managing a P&L / Budget including sales, wages, shrinkage & expenses
- Motivation, training & leadership of a team of store sales executives
- In line with international brand standards provide effective Visual store layout / merchandise
- Oversee the customer service levels in store ensuring a truly amazing customer experience
- Stock management, control and verification from Head Office
- Leading VIP events and promotional activities
- Recruitment and induction of new employees
- New product training
Requirements
- Solid career history of 3 years Senior Retail Supervisor or Store Management in a luxury / premium retail fashion, jewelry or department stores concept
- Strong sales management and leadership qualities with proven abilities to meet sales targets
- Proven experience of managing a retail financial budget
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Any experience with working with international fashion brands a sincere advantage
- Excellent presentation & grooming, communication and customer service skills
- Adaptable, outgoing, confident, strong personal determination and drive to achieve
- Ability to speak fluently in English & Arabic
