Our Client a fashion retailer (well known brands) are looking for a Retail Supervisor in there store on Jeddah - Saudi.

Salary 12,000 SAR & bonus

Duties:
- Manage the store and report to store manager & Area manager
- On the job training of new employee store assistants
- Product Knowledge on all store products
- Customer queries & complaints
- Supervising the team
- Stock taking
- Offering training and support to the staff
- Cashing & balance
- KPI driven to performance orientated
- Weekly & Monthly store targets & achievements

Requirements

- Well spoken English
- Arabic advantageous
- Retail supervisor experience within Fashion Industry
- Based in Saudi (Jeddah)
- Female Required
- Fashion focused on trends
- flexible with working hours
- Professional and smart in appearance
- Well groomed personally
- Self motivated and able to motivate others
- Result Orientated
