Job description / Role
- Responsible for creating the BIM model and specific construction model and as built model using Revit software.
- Prepare a model that is compliant with the PIP (Project Implementation Plan) and standards of the project.
- Coordinate civil engineering drawings with architectural and MEP drawings.
- Amend drawings as needed at any stage of the construction process.
- Transferring construction documents into the model.
- Report all the clashes (real and potential) and propose solutions.
- Developing the as-built model through the duration of the project.
- Responsible for creating the BIM model and specific construction model and as built model using Revit software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Up to 2 years experience. Proven knowledge and application of the software Revit.
- Able to create and customize basic families.
- Basic understanding of materials, view graphics, view overrides, work sets, and work-sharing.
- Able to generate plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Must have a good understanding of, and the ability to read and interpret structural construction drawings.
- Civil 3D or other Civil Infrastructure software a plus.
