The RoleThe RoleProvide direct support in the administration of the Bank’s Reward policies and procedures. Perform/participate in standard compensation surveys and research studies, and participates in the management of the Bank’s job description and compensation databases. Provide routine, day-to-day support to Reward Managers regarding the analysis of compensation data, review and implementation of compensation management policies, guidelines, and procedures. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Provide routine, day-to-day advice and support to Head of Compensation unit regarding the review and implementation of compensation and staff benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze fixed pay and staff benefits information and assist in preparation of presentation on the findings and recommendations to the senior management Perform specialized survey / research studies on a range of compensation topics, as specifically assigned; analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports Assist and collaborate in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the fixed pay review process Maintain and update database of Job descriptions for all the jobs in the Bank Assist in the development, writing, and modification of compensation and benefits related policies, guidelines, and procedures Provide accurate and timely analysis / MIS on the salaries to senior management for review and decision making |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum Requirement University graduate High analytical and numerical ability Good interpersonal skills Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues. Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience of working in Reward function of a reputed Financial institute |
