Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a FMCG company is looking for a Reward Manager to join their operations in Dubai.

- Responsible for recommending, implementing and managing organisation's compensation and benefit policies, including salaries and bonuses, together with employee benefits such as medical and life insurance, social security, taxes, company cars, relocation and expatriate packages & benefits.
- Recommend and implement remuneration strategy to ensure competitive remuneration packages by undertaking remuneration surveys, determining company's market anchor position, propose salary reviews and implement decisions, review allowances, and perquisites and recommend adjustments where necessary.
- Implement the decisions taken during the compensation and benefits committee meetings (CBC) and maintain a record of the minutes to follow through action points.
- Manage the payroll process for all ME employees in all locations and all employees money transfer from the company. This includes managing the WPS and any tax or government-related requirements in our ME countries.
- Advise and implement job evaluation methods and monitor the market through regular data collection and salary survey processes.
- Monitor competitors reward practices and advises on changes accordingly.
- Manage the issuance of employment offers, employment contracts and consultancy agreement ensuring 100% compliance with the company policies and legal labor laws.
- Manage all compensation and benefits practices locally in all ME markets and ensure alignment and consistency.
- Advise and implement non CMG bonus guidelines on annual basis and monitor the issuance of bonus letters to employees.
- Monitor all salary, benefits and immigration letters issued to employees.
- Represent ME in C&B related projects at the division and / or group level
- Monitor the HR data on the new HR System.
- Keep up to date with the local market(s) labor laws and local regulations and advise any required changes.
- Manage communication and agreements with relevant vendors / suppliers (eg. HAY Group, NASCO etc.)
- Manage the implementation of the car policy.
- Ensures expenses, travel and leave policies are being properly followed and manage all related records.
- Produce reports, analysis and employee statistics as and when required.
- Conduct roadshows and meetings to explain C&B policies and practices to management and employees.
- Manage the overhead budget for ME and ensure accurate data is available any time.
- Review and improve current reward schemes.
- Monitor all employee cost related to our distributor employees we are being charged for.

Requirements

- 10 years of experience in HR Management, out of which at least 4 years are with a focus on reward management / C&B
- Management of a multicultural workforce requires the individual to be sensitive to cultural issues.C&B best practice.
- Excellent Excel skills and excellent skills on HR systems.
- Building numerical, statistical and visual reports of employee data.
- Analytical skills.
- Business reporting skills.
- Change agent.
- Coaching and career advising.
- Good command of English plus Arabic language skills is preferable.
- A relevant University Degree.
- Certification / Professional Qualification in HR Management is preferable.
- Effective negotiation, influencing, communication & presentation skills to interact with people at all levels in the organization.
