Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a commercial aviation business based in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Reward Manager.

You will act as an internal expert across a full range of reward activities, leading the design planning as well as implementing new reward and benefits initiatives/programmes and innovative reward solutions. You will also provide accurate and robust data across multiple groups, define and implement processes for engaging stakeholders as well as conduct evaluations of job description.

In addition, you will perform benchmark studies to build and maintain local and global networks. You will also contribute to the coaching and development of wider HR teams for ongoing development within rewards and benefits.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated, with an acquired specialisation in Human Resources, including Rewards and Benefits. You should have at least 5 years experience of demonstrating a breadth of knowledge within reward project management and job evaluation, ideally within an airline or a large multifunctional/international organization. It is essential you have knowledge of HAY or other mainstream job evaluations, along with technical reward expertise and effective communication skills. This position is only open to UAE Nationals.
