Mackenzie Jones are working on an exclusive assignment with a well-known company with operations in the Middle East and internationally. They are now looking to recruit a commercially astute Reward Manager to be a key member of the HR team.

The Role
The role of Reward Manager is a newly created position due to the HR transformation currently taking place in the company.

The key priority for this role is to establish new systems and process for the company's overall approach to reward. This included an overhaul of the current job descriptions and ensuring consistency and quality. Other major projects include reviewing the company's job grading and job evaluation processes. This is an exciting time to join the business if you are looking to really make a difference to a role.

Requirements

The Person

The ideal candidate:

Minimum of 5 years experience Compensation & Benefits/Rewards experience - essential
Experienced working for a multinational company, retail would be highly desirable - essential
Experienced working in the GCC or an English speaking country - essential
Excellent communication skills - English must be perfect, Arabic a plus - essential
Enthusiastic approach to work - essential
Salary
KWD 1800 - 2500
