Employment: Full Time

Our client is a multinational FMCG company who are looking for a Rewards Analyst to join their team.

Reporting into the Regional Rewards Manager you will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support in Pay and Benefits. On a day to day basis you will be analyzing labour market data, preparing analytical reports and reviewing the pay and benefits process. Covering a large diverse region, you will be reviewing market dynamics, information and different analysis methodologies. You will also be involved in executing internal surveys in order to understand requirements within the pay and benefits area.

Requirements

The suitable candidate will have experience working inside a multinational environment and have at least 2 years’ experience in a rewards role. Strong analytical and problems solving skills are essential to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate and deal with all levels of staff is necessary for this position. An independent, forward thinking and results driven individual will succeed in this fast paced environment.
