Job description / Role
Our client is a major Human Capital Management Consultancy with a global presence and a strong footprint in the Middle East. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Rewards Analyst to join their team.
Key responsibilities will involve:
- Analysing data and drawing conclusions for Senior Consultants to review
- Researching internal and external sources to solicit information, data, trends, etc.
- Participating in meetings with clients to collect data and attend presentations.
- Assisting in writing the proposals and getting the administrative requirements in place.
- Supporting the sales efforts of practice and commercial colleagues.
Requirements
- Should have 1-3 years experience in either a consulting environment or corporate HR.
- Key skills required include project management, research and analytical ability.
- You must speak fluent Arabic.
