Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To plan, coordinate and supervise ESNAAD allocated rig/rig-less stimulation operations at field sites in accordance with specialized technical standards as well as company procedures and to ensure performance of equipment and personnel remain at appropriate operating levels, and coordinates job requirements & storage for materials / consumable.
- Plans and performs necessary calculations for the job at the well site as needed. Plan and coordinate the activities of service operators during equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job
- Acting as ESNAAD sole service provider at the well site and supervise all works in onshore oilfields installations and land well sites.
- Utilizes competency processes to enhance own skills and development job performance and treat subordinates in a fair and respectful manner.
- Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position the activities of assigned employees in the Rig-less Package Operations.
- Plans rig-less operations activities to meet service commitments and customer requirements. Has a responsibility to ensure field paperwork is correctly completed.
- Supervises the rig-less operation at site and ensure implementation of work program as per plan and work instructions to the quality levels of ESNAAD, as well as the mixing / blending of acid & chemicals, conditions during operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Liaises with Well Services Department Manager activities related to the ordering, receipt and utilization of materials for the rig-less Operations includes identifying requirements for acid, chemicals and additives and other supplies according to planned operations.
- Monitors the receipt of acid/chemicals supplies and arranges for testing by Laboratory.
- Maintains sufficient stock records for acid or chemicals and properly documented and filed delivery receipts, usages and stock records.
- Liaises with Well Services Department Manager in annual budget preparations and cost estimating for preventive maintenance/repair requirement of equipments and materials usages.
- Carries out other similar or related duties such as assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Cost Controller in updating the Equipment Management Information Systems (EMIS), making process control changes when warranted by quality or operational conditions, keeping work records up to date.
- Developing and maintaining Rig-less Equipment operating procedures, ensuring that all stock movements or chemicals/consumables are in accordance with operations requirements.
- Supervise and maintains general housekeeping, clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Performs pre/post job Coiled Tubing equipment inspections. Responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of services in accordance with Customer's design and KPI's.
- Supervise the operation of High Pressure fluid pump and
CT support equipment (flow back package). Performs hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention (BOP) and reels during pre/post job procedures including preventative
- Monitors well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications.
- Performs and complete preventative maintenance on all Coil
Tubing and associated equipment.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
- Prepare pipeline services jobs for mobilization including detailed work procedures, risk assessments, site visits and mobilization lists, operations in a safe and effective manner, in accordance with all ESNAAD and client general and project specific procedures.
- Complete all relevant timesheets and charge item paperwork in accordance with the contractual agreement and ensure client signature and acceptance for invoicing purposes.
- Ensure daily equipment maintenance checks on all ESNAAD stimulation equipment on site are performed.
Operational Activities (Continued)
- Carry out basic maintenance of ESNAAD coiled tubing equipment where applicable and report and faults, damage and repairs required through the correct forms in a clear and legible manner for any activities which cant be completed in the field.
- Assist with internal training of ESNAAD field personnel, both in the MOSB and on working site.
- Maintain close relationships with clients site representative and inform them of all other services which can be provided by ESNAAD.
- Maintain suitable records of all training, knowledge and experience gained for use as evidence towards future competency in each service.
- Arrange tool box planning meeting, covered by procedure, adequately risk assessed and understood by all crew members involved in the task.
- Ensure that HSE incidents are reported in line with regulations and client guidelines in a timely manner.
- Attend internal and external training courses for general working relationships as well as fluid pumping or nitrogen pumping services as available and appropriate.
- Work on jobs as a team member as directed while obtaining the maximum exposure and experience in that service.
- The job responsibilities are not limited to the above, additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned to cope up with organizational changes and operational needs.

Requirements

- B.Sc.in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
Or
- High School Diploma with 5 years Well site experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within Coiled Tubing (CT) Services which includes specific experience in CT tools and on job applications is required.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Must possess excellent skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Mechanical and maintenance experience in fault finding and repair of equipment.
- Some exposure and experience in other ESNAAD services of well services and process services.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.

Skills:
- Proven competency unit completed for Contribute to Health & Safety of the working environment
- Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes.
