Risk Analyst Department Manager

Job description / Role

The Risk Analyst Department Manager role is responsible for safeguarding the company, its customers, assets and the interests of stakeholders by identifying and managing all threats which will lead to the achievement of its business objectives.

It also requires the undertaking of important tasks including:
- Overall risk management for the organisation
- Liaising with regulators
- Executing business continuity plans
- Evaluating and challenging the organization's success in managing its risks,
- Organising appropriate risk reporting, both internally and externally.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience in Risk Management and should hold a professional ACA, ACCA, CIA or CPA qualification.
- A minimum of 12 years experience in risk management, of which 5 years should be within the oil and gas industry.
- A high level of knowledge in English is essential, and Arabic speakers are desirable.
- A professional who are proficient in their business understanding and can demonstrate a high degree of Internal Audit, leadership and risk based experience within their careers.
