The Role


Responsible and accountable for supporting and assisting RBI Manager in all RBI activities. The primary role of the RBI Sr. Engineer is to provide RBI consultancy services to SABIC affiliates, auditing RBI study application, monitor RBI sustainability, drive knowledge sharing between SABIC product family plants. Assist RBI Manger during RBI studies and in his responsibilities, Monitor & evaluate the technical effectiveness of RBI studies, support RBI plant teams during & after the project phase. Benchmark RBI studies of similar plants, Update work-flow and procedure in order to achieve Reliability Dept. goals. Enhance deployment of RBI change management among SABIC employees, Coordinate with vendor to ensure that all outstanding activities related to RBI are achieved.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering / Science with minimum of five (5) years experience in Plant Maintenance, Operations and Support Services or Engineering.

Skills:
• Experience in (DP, UT, MP, RT) NDT techniques.
• Certification in RBI methodology from a well-known organization.
• RBI system application in two plant, min.
• Communication and team building skills.
• Self motivated and dynamic.
