Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Risk assessment which involves managing the process of analysing upside and downside risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the quantitative and qualitative risks affecting the business;
- Ensure for development and implementation of all the required systems, processes and tools for the effective risk management in the Ashghal projects
- Lead the quality management performance and risks inform group capital division and entities business strategies
- Facilitate the process of identifying, assessing, advising on appropriate treatment actions relating to quality risks related to processes, projects and products in line with Ashghal approved Integrated risk management processes and procedures
- Maintain awareness of risk management issues on projects, taking appropriate steps to minimise risks and highlighting issues to more senior staff as required.
- Interpret findings and occurrences from various sources (e.g. audits, non-conformances, incidents, process changes, management decisions, and gap assessments from project quality scorecards.) and distil these into quality risks as appropriate.
- Direct the process of identifying, assessing, and advising on appropriate risk treatment actions related to processes, projects and products in line with Employers approved Integrated Risk Management processes and procedures.
- Conducting value engineering evaluations, determining alternative designs, materials and building techniques.
- Direct interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments and managing projects those are large in scope and complex.
- Provide day-to-day direction and works with staff to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment that supports achieving the Section/ Departments and Ashghals mission, strategic plan, objectives and values

Requirements

- Master / Bachelor of Engineering degree,
- Technical licenses highly desirable.
- 9 years experience related industry.
- Positive attitude and personality, ability to build positive relationships and be comfortable in multicultural social settings.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
