Position Summary
The Risk Management Reviewer is responsible for monitoring the risk management activities within their respective areas.

Principal Accountabilities
- The Risk Management Reviewer forwards newly identified risks to their Senior Risk Manager. They may be assigned as owners for individual risks by the Senior Risk Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing detailed mitigation plans.
- Staff members may also serve as technical advisors to the Senior Risk Manager.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Identify risk issues within their respective discipline
- Estimate risk probabilities and impacts
- Assemble the risk data,
- Identify risk avoidance and/or mitigation approaches
- Develop risk contingency plans
- Implement risk avoidance and/or mitigation plans
- Report risk issues status
- Collect risk status, update the risk database, develop risk reports
- Implement risk contingency plans as appropriate.

- Performs other duties as requested.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in healthcare related field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including critical care standards; at least one years experience in Risk Management
- Preferred: Medical Legal field
- Clinical Qualification

Language Skills:
- English and Arabic Preferred

Computer Skills:
Proficient in computer applications (Windows, MS Office, database etc), programs, statistical packages. process design

Key Competencies:
- Demonstrated Excellence in Interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated Education skills.
- Demonstrated Communication skills. (Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written communication skills)
- Demonstrated Monitoring skills
- Demonstrated Computer Proficiency and databaseknowledge. (Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel or Access, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Accreditation Programs
- Develop and educate staff
