Risk Manager, Infrastructures Sector - Jeddah, Mecca

We are urgently looking for a Risk manager with extensive experience in the Infrastructures sector, Roads, Bridges, Tunnels etc... for large scale projects in Jeddah / Mecca.

Main Objective:
Risk management / portfolio oversight of new and existing Project Finance transactions originated by the Energy and Infrastructure teams of Structured Finance, Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independent risk monitoring of project financings with complex legal structures, industrial technical process, financial modelling and regulatory issues.
- Active risk challenge role in dialogue with Structured Finance Origination in development of new deals, incl. participation in client and bank meetings, constructive input into appropriate structures, security, covenants.
- Formulation of risk management recommendation or decision on credit applications submitted by Origination and Portfolio Management.
- Ensuring annual credit reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Appraisal of new markets, products, as well as structures within New Product Process.

Requirements

* Experience in Project Finance either in Credit or Portfolio Management, in particular in the Infrastructure segments.
* Must be Arabic speaking.
* Good analytical as well as communication skills.
* Able to work on own initiative, but will also be a strong team player.
* Positive attitude, with flexibility and capability to tight deadlines.
* European languages useful but not essential.
