Employment: Full Time

Parsons Brinckerhoff was selected by Ashghal to provide program management consultant (PMC) services for what is expected to be more than 200 local road and drainage infrastructure projects to be implemented throughout the country over a period of five to seven years. Five general engineering consultants (GECs) have been selected to design, tender and supervise construction of the projects under Parsons Brinckerhoff’s supervision.

As such we have a requirement for an experienced Risk Manager to promote programme Controls & Risk Management Culture, Engagement and Visibility within the Programme.

Requirements

• A Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience;
• Previous experience in Programme Management or working on 5 or more inter-related projects simultaneously;
• Have good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle for Roads/Infrastructures projects in respect of planning, cost and schedule control;
• Experienced in all aspects of Risk Management as well as in the use of the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS)
• A good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies
