Risk Manager – Rail

Job description / Role

I am currently recruiting for a Risk Manager with experience in the Rail industry for my prestigious client based in Doha, Qatar.

The position will involve supporting the risk management framework across a range of major Rail projects in Qatar including having the following responsibilities:
• Facilitate project and program risk workshops
• Working with the Risk Management Team, enhance and deploy the Risk Management policy, framework and procedures
• Ensure risks are identified and assessed to enable risk based decisions
• Support the procurement and customisation of Risk Management tools such as ARM, PMIS and OPRA
• Provide input into risk analysis and monitoring and reporting of mitigation measures

Requirements

The successful candidate will be likely to have the following skills and experience:

• Degree educated in a relevant discipline
• Experience in a similar Risk Management capacity within the Rail sector
• Experience of Risk Management processes on Rail projects
