Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading construction contractor with a strong presence within the Far East is currently seeking a Risk Manager to join them on a major infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of risk management across the project cycle, review and comment on the risk management framework, policy, plan, processes, procedures and templates as directed, implement qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.

You will also be responsible for:
Establishing in the interface between risk management and the other project disciplines, making presentations to the project team and client, maintain the risk database (or register) and preparation of monthly risk management reports, interpret and explain cost and schedule risk analysis outputs to the project leadership and audit team.

Requirements

- Degree qualified in a construction related subject and ideally a specific risk management qualification.
- Minimum of 10 + years experience of project risk management on rail /infrastructure projects, with experience of project management practices including budget management and scheduling.
- Experience of the construction project life cycle from inception through to handover, with experience of facilitating workshops, preparing risk registers, carrying out quantitative risk analysis, embedding risk management and driving response planning.
- Must have a proven work history of using risk software tools such as (at)Risk for project and MS Excel, Primavera Risk Analysis and ideally the database tool Active Risk Manager.
