Job description / Role
Responsibilities
· Assisting or lead value management and risk workshops
· Keeping schedule of workshops up to date. Booking dates and attendees for new workshops
· Compiling and keeping up to date risk registers
· Under direction carrying out risk analysis
· Preparing briefing notes and reports from workshops
· Any other duties as delegate by Risk & Value Manager

Qualifications
· A first degree in a technical subject probably surveying, construction or engineering related
Essential Criteria
· Member of a recognized institution such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
· Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience
· Needs to be highly numerate with an exceptional knowledge of excel and a good knowledge of other Microsoft Office packages
· Must have a well-rounded personality and be comfortable with presenting to people
