Job description / Role
The successful candidate has a key role in shaping and maintaining a fit for purpose and responsive risk and compliance strategy and framework that meets the organization current future corporate and project needs, responsibilities include:
Implement and maintain an appropriate corporate risk, compliance, insurance and tax framework.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance risk & compliance, tax and insurance evaluation, monitoring and reporting systems.
Embed a positive culture of confident and informed risk taking through training, communication and promotion of the agreed risk & compliance, tax and insurance framework.
Manage a team comprising risk, compliance, tax and insurance advisors.
Requirements
At least 12 years knowledge and experience of best practice risk management and governance frameworks, methodologies and emerging practice.
Knowledge of Energy investments projects and investments.
Proven Analytical and communications
Strong Cultural awareness and proven ability to operate, lead and influence in culturally diverse environment.
