The RoleThe RoleResponsible for managing the routine inspection and maintenance of the Emirate of Dubai’s traffic & road network and related elements and to carry out maintenance either internally or by the use of contractors including the management and evaluation of contractors and consultants. |
RequirementsRequirementsEmployment Standards: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree from a recognized university preferred. Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of traffic & roads maintenance and contract administration management, standards, functions, systems, and procedures. Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, engineering planning and management. Skill/Experience: 5 to 7 years of broad roads maintenance experience, familiarity with the inspection procedures. Experience with data analysis, and roads techniques, safety, site development review, and traffic & roads maintenance operation management. Excellent communication skills, report writing and group facilitation; presentation and public speaking, in both English and Arabic. Analytical thinking; business judgment; business innovation; and forward thinking. Attitude: Adaptability, strategic leadership, teamwork, focuses on results, developing organization talent, and active listener. |
