Job description / Role
Purpose of the Job
Driving forward the Sales for the Heart of Europe Project. The role includes promoting the project to potential investors at various international locations through exhibitions and events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage an efficient roadshow tea
Primary focus is to plan and execute assigned roadshows and marketing events, field trips and conferences at various international locations
Be responsible for all logistics surrounding the roadshow
Review and report roadshow activity in a structured and timely manner
Post-event evaluation & analysis
On-site attendance & management, as required
Be prepared to brief the roadshow team at any time on the details of current roadshows
Establish a feasible roadshow plan with the Management Team
Reviewing your performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Provide reliable forecasting and all sales-related figures, as well as daily/weekly/monthly reporting on roadshow activities
Requirements
Skills and Experience
Sales background preferred
Good presentation and strong leadership skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to travel extensively on business
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in dealing with clients on high level
Commercial Acumen
Planning and Organizing
Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player
