The RoleThe RoleAs the Roaming Administrator-IT you will be responsible for configuring and testing new Roaming Partners in Infinys. You will be analysing and resolve any issues with the TAP3 from the Billing System. You will be responsible for configuring and testing new Roaming Partners in Infinys, fixing all incoming TAP3 issues in Nawras billing system, you will fully administering TAP3 system and making sure overall smooth operation of the TAP3 billing system. You will be responsible for developing and generating required reconciliation reports, and interacting with other roaming partners to discuss various dispute issues and new requirements. You will be working with the billing operation family members to support them in fixing various other IRB configuration and data related issues. You will be expected to write PL/SQL, Shell or Perl Scripts. following up and escalation of the issues to your direct manager and giving your full support to the system. Your responsibilities also include: Training new staff on how to use system. Recommending enhancements to the existing system. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou have a bachelor degree in Computer Science ( Master is preferred ),with minimum  3-5 years of experience in billing domain, and at least 2 years of experience in running TAP3 related processes of Convergys Infinys system.We are looking for outstanding person with a proven track record in the respective areas as mentioned below: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and configure TAP3 related business requirements into TAP3 module of Infinys. Analytical and trouble shooting skills Presentation skills A good team player |
