As we are experiencing growth across the region, we are proactively seeking applications for the role of Rolling Stock Specialist/Engineer based in Middle East.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for development of design and specifications for Passenger and Freight Rolling Stock.
- Ensure that the procurement strategy is in line with the "best" industry practice.
- Be fully experienced with all international standards and requirements.
- Responsible for supervision, acceptance testing, testing and commissioning of rolling stock with on-board communication equipment.

Requirements

Qualification:
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar and PE or Chartered Status from a recognised professional Body.

Requirements:
- Experience of developing procurement strategy for rolling stock for Passenger (including LRT, Transit and HSR) and heavy haul.
- Proven track record of overseeing design and manufacturing development of rolling stock.
- Experience of working on large, complex and multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience of factory acceptance as well as testing and commissioning of rolling stock with on-board communication systems.
- Experience of working with different manufacturers and suppliers.
- Good communication skills.
