Rotating HR Manager USD 350 per day - Iraq and Afghanistan

Our client, a leading international firm, is currently seeking a rotating HR Manager to support their operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The position is a contractor role, only paid for days in country, for a seven week rotation (Iraq and Afghanistan) and five weeks off. Ideal candidate needs to have an HR experience in Afghanistan/Iraq/Africa preferably with a security organisation/logistics company.

Job Purpose:
- To support the Iraq Operations by providing human resources administrative support to the Iraq team.
- To lead and take ownership of HR Policy and Procedural control, assisting global offices to secure and maintain ISO accreditation
- To support the Head of Human Resources in strategically partnering with Iraq Operations by providing support in the recruitment and selection of highly qualified contractors and personnel, succession planning and providing assistance to the corporate bid team. The HR Manager will build the employer brand with a strong recruitment focus, ensuring quality candidates are attracted and retained within the organisation.

Requirements

- Formal qualification in Human Resources/Administration or equivalent;
- Experience working in Austere environments essential
- Experience working within the industry an advantage
- Experience implementing and maintaining document control
- Minimum 5 years experience recruitment preferably in a high volume managing contractors
- Experience using appropriate assessment tools psychometric testing
- Must have IT Skills and the ability to manage HRIS
- Experience delivering high calibre candidates at short notice by ensuring steady stream of candidates are managed.
