We are looking for a Route Auditor to perform Audit in the Sales Routes and verifying correctness of customer outstanding and Trade schemes.

The key accountabilities of this position are:

- Perform/conduct Route Audit in the assigned area.
- Check compliance against the Trade Agreement with respect to displays, equipment rental etc.
- Verify correctness of transactions and balance outstanding with the customer statement of Accounts.
- Verify whether the Trade scheme or FOC was properly passed on to the customers or not.
- Co-ordinate with the Branch Accountants for customer account reconciliations, application of receipts and timely processing of the credit notes.
- Balance confirmation from Customer on periodical basis.
- Watch closely on default/runaway customers.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in Accounts/Commerce.

EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years as a Route Auditor or Accounts Related

SKILLS AND SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literate
- MS Excel
- Customer Oriented
- Good in public relations
