ROLE: Our client is looking for a candidate that can provide level 1 technical support in SAP Business One solution for approximately 60-75 System Users located in Abu Dhabi. |
RequirementsRequirementsDUTIES: • Identify, understand and define customer needs to solve product functionality and technology issues e.g. create new accounts for users, troubleshoot logon and password issues • Working with clients to ensure that business needs and requirements are properly identified, analysed and documented • Providing training of the solution to users • Travelling to clients within the Abu Dhabi area • Performing application testing, proposing solutions REQUIREMENTS: • Hands-on configuration experience • Experience providing consulting/support for clients in SAP Business One • Good knowledge of SQL to understand SQL queries and create database structures • Good understanding of finance business processes would be an advantage • Self sufficient and be able to work independently with little supervision • Good communication skills in English • Arabic language would be an advantage The company has a very strong market position.
