SAP CRM Consultant

Job description / Role

- Strong experience in SAP CRM End to end implementation experience is must.
- Should play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP CRM Module.
- Should work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems.
- Should work on requirement gathering, design, configure, test, and implement changes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.
- Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP CRM business processes.
- Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live.
- Documenting all aspects of the SAP CRM implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
- Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction. Provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP if required. Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.

SAP Experience:
- Should have Master's Degree in Financial Accounting
- Should have experience of 8+ years in SAP
- Should have very good experience in playing Functional subject matter expert in SAP CRM business processes
- At least 4 full lifecycle implementation of SAP CRM
- SAP CRM Certification is an advantage
- Lead a team as well as BBP workshop
