SAP GRC Consultant

Job description / Role

We are urgently looking for a SAP GRC Consultant for one of our major Engineering clients in Riyadh.

The Senior Functional Consultant serves as a leader and subject matter expert for the business in the area of assigned SAP ERP module and its business processes. He will play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the SAP module. He will work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems. He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the assigned SAP module and direct configuration that is needed. He will gather requirement design, configure, test, and implement changes.

Requirements

- Analysis of business requirements.
- Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
- Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
- Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
- Provide detailed transactional information to internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available
- Establish good relationships with stakeholders.
- Can conceptualize and communicate winning propositions - making complex ideas look simple.
- Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas.
- Outcome oriented - maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritising and controlling own workload.
